The award, developed by the National Marine Manufactures Association (NMMA), honors the dealer’s ongoing tradition of exceeding customers’ expectations throughout the entire boat buying process. This year’s recipients were recognized during the company’s annual dealer meeting on Aug. 3 at the Renaissance Vinoy Spa & Golf Resort in Saint Petersburg, Fla. To be recognized, a Cruisers Yachts CSI Award recipient must maintain an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by consumers who have purchased a new boat.
