Joseph F. Killian
Founder, President and Managing Yacht Broker
Joe Killian’s vision for the company has evolved over his nearly 30 years of exclusive service in the international maritime and yachting community. He is the hands on CEO and Broker of Record for the firm. His successful record in yacht & ship brokerage and marketing as well as his extensive maritime experience and credentials are rivaled by few. Rose M. Killian
Vice president, Managing Director and Luxury Properties Specialist
Rose Killian was born into and grew up in yachting. She traces her family history to the Dodson shipbuilding family of the 18th and 19th centuries. Her father, mother and grandfather were all licensed masters and yacht owners. She is a knowledgeable professional in yachting and has worked side by side with her husband Joe Killian as a true partner every step of the way. Rose has extensive experience in the yacht charter arena and valuable international contacts. Rose is also an experienced Realtor specializing in luxury and waterfront properties in association with Coldwell Banker of Fort Lauderdale, the largest Real Estate broker in Florida.
Thomas M. Killian
Director of Marine Operations
Tom Killian’s duties are many and varied. After 8 years of service to our country in the US Navy and Coast Guard he worked in technology for a high echelon defense contractor. He is a “Plank Owner” of the US SSN Providence, the Nations’ first Fast Attack nuclear submarine with vertical launched weapons. As such, he assisted in construction of this complex vessel and its systems. He has held a Third Mate Unlimited License for many years with numerous circumnavigations to his credit. With 25 years experience, Tom has been recognized as a foremost professional in the maritime field throughout his career. His hands-on approach has contributed to the success of many projects from new construction to major ship refits all over the world. His specialty is on-site project management.
