Meet the PARADIGM Staff
Pat Roush comes from the Bluegrass state of Kentucky. Pat's boating experience began on the lakes of Kentucky and evolved to include the Ohio River. The river became a weekend retreat for Pat, his wife Debbie and son Chris. This allowed him to own and operate vessels from 30 to 70 feet in length.In 1993 Pat and Debbie sold their business, purchased a 42' Grand Banks trawler and headed to Florida. They traveled for over a year and then purchased a home on the water in Cape Coral, Florida.Pat became a manufacturer's representative for Jefferson Yachts, initially starting in new boat sales and moving into brokerage. Working in brokerage gave him the opportunity to represent a greater variety of boats and meet a wider spectrum of clientele who also share the love of boating. In 2003 Pat opened the present Paradigm office in Cape Coral.Pat stands ready to help you either sell your present yacht or acquire your next one. George East has been boating since he was seventeen,has had other interests including flying (FAA licensed pilot) car racing,and snow skiing but he has always remained an ardent boater. After earning a USCG captain's license some 25 years ago,George spent time as a delivery and demonstration captain for Jefferson Yachts aleading motoryacht manufacturer. During this same period, while he was building a successful construction and ready mix concrete company, George still found time to own and operate several boats including two Chris-Crafts,a Gulfstar, and two Hatterases.
Fast forward to the present finds George retired from his businesses and now devoting all of his energy to boats and the boating industry. George currently holds a 100 Ton USCG Master's license. A delivery captain runs all types of boats in all types of conditions so George brings a wealth of real world experience to the broker profession. Ken Moberley received an Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati. Upon graduating, he began his career in sales. Eventually becoming the President of his family owned company that manufactured equipment for the mining industry for over 30 years. The company was sold in 1990 and Ken relocated to sunny Florida.
Ken's love of the water and boating began at an early age on the lakes and streams of Kentucky and then on to the Ohio River where he owned a variety of boats up to 45 feet in length. So after moving to Florida he decided to combine his passion for boating and his sales experience. He became a broker. In 2000, he took the next step and joined a local new boat dealership as their Sales Manager.
In 2002 Ken joined us here at Paradigm Yacht Sales and is looking forward meeting and working with you on the sale or purchase of your new or pre-owned yacht.

Vince Gayeski joins the staff of Paradigm Yacht Sales after spending 20 years as the Director of Marketing for a large hospital in Louisville, Kentucky and after selling pre owned Sea Rays for a Ft Lauderdale brokerage firm. He received a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University. Vince is a licensed USCG Captain with a 100 ton Masters rating and has been boating on the Ohio River, Kentucky Lakes and Florida waters for close to 20 years. Vince has owned and operated vessels up to 60 feet that includes Sea Rays, Chris Crafts, Bluewater Yachts and Jefferson Yachts. Besides his love of boating, Vince loves to golf and spend as much time outdoors as possible. He also loves to.cheer on his wife as she shows her Champion American Saddlebred horses, including the 2004 World's Grand Champion, "Boucheron".

Jim Willis has over 35 years of inland waterway boating experience having owned and operated a variety of cruisers and houseboats.
Jim brings 30+ years of corporate management and customer service expertise to Paradigm along with his passion for life on the water and boating. He and his wife Mary Pat have lived aboard and served as an inland waterway delivery captain, bringing a unique understanding of the needs and issues of recreational boaters.
Having owned and operated boats up to 70', Jim enjoys sharing his experiences and guidance to the boating community.
His credentials include the USCG Captains License (Master 100 GRT), a BS in Economics from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

Oscar (Pete) Petree spent 15 years as president of a wholesale printing company in Louisville, Kentucky. He joins the Louisville office of Paradigm Yacht Sales after selling this business in the fall of 2007. A long time aviation enthusiast (FAA licensed pilot since 1975) and an avid boater Pete has owned several boats and cruised extensively on the Ohio River, the Tenn-Tom Waterway and both coasts of Florida, the Chesapeake and Delaware Bays, Cape May NJ, Jamestown Island, RI and Cape Cod, MA. In January of 2007,Pete bought a 49’ Albin Tri-Cabin trawler in St. Petersburg, Fl and the “Sea Gryphon” is now in her slip on the Ohio River.
