Sabre Powerboats
Sabre 34 Express Voted Motor Boat of the Year by the team from Motor Boat and Yachting and Motor Boats Monthly in 2008, the 34 is a sensational all-weather performer. Finished to first-class standards to accompany her outstanding sea manners, this twin diesel "Downeast" styled motor-yacht blends tradition lines with progressive build techniques. The 34 affords her crew excellent protection, thanks to her social Express-style helm deck, with flexible layout plans enabling the choice of galley up or galley down options. The open-plan cabin is fitted out with natural cherry cabinetry, air-conditioning, heads/shower and plenty of opening port-lights – a truly welcoming place to be!
Sabre 38 Express The Sabre 38 Express may not be the largest Sabre but it is certainly the most pretty looking. It is the perfect size to handle on your own, whilst also having the capability in the boat to get through even the most challenging weather. With the upgraded 440hp electronic twin diesel engines she will do approx. 30 knots but will cruise all day long at 20-25 knots in virtually any weather. The Sabre 38 Express was a finalist in the "Traditional and Retro" category of the Motor Boat of the Year Awards 2008, and in fact was only just pipped by the Sabre 34 Express. According to the editorial team at Motor Boat and Yachting and Motor Boats Monthly it was a very hard decision to spilt the boats.
Sabre 42 Sedan Over the last decade, power cruising has become an increasingly popular way for families, young and old, to spend time on the water. Sabre dealers have witnessed an increasing demand amongst these power cruisers for the fly bridge sedan layout. Families relaxing dockside or at anchor, enjoy the social aspects of this boats aft cockpit. The popularity of the smaller Sabre motoryachts was proof enough to motivate Sabre to design and tool a larger boat of the same style. Tooling began in October 1999 and the first hull sea-trialed in June of 2000. The Sabre 42 is the result of our efforts.
Sabre 42 Express Combining traditional lines with substantial, refined construction, the 42 offers two double cabins, heads and galley down layout – with the option to fully enclose the helm deck with a hard-back bulkhead. Akin to all Sabre Motor-Yachts, the helm deck windows ensure exceptional visibility for the crew – an important and reassuring safety aspect, with sturdy handrails and broad decks leading forward to the bows. Engines include shaft diesel Yanmar and Cummins, and now, new for 2008, the outstanding Cummins Zeus 3500 pod-drive system for quiet 34 knot performance, joystick docking, Skyhook station-holding and improved all-round efficiency.
Sabre 52 Express Sabre Yachts have created their ultimate cruising yacht, and their flag ship. As with the other Express models, she has a deep vee-hull with propeller pockets, making her sea-worthy and dry. Standard Caterpillar C15 fully electronic ACERT engines, rated at 865HP, are linked to Twin Disc Quick Shift transmissions for smooth and powerful operation. Her interior is traditionally worked, with two main cabins, two heads and galley below, and a light, airy saloon on the helm deck. A walk-in engine room, dual generators, electric sunroof and plentiful stowage space make her a truly magnificent cruising yacht.
