I am a Christian; I love my God, my family and my company and the people in it. My family? - - Valerie my wife, daughter Meghan, son Joshua and son and daughter-in-law Mike and Sherrie. I have been married for 27 years, and hope to double that. My wife and children are all Christian, and successful. We are a close family.

I have carefully created a mission for World Maritime Exchange. You will see that on our home page. It is essential to set direction for your life and your business. The Small Business Administration reports that the two reasons businesses fail are 1. Lack of Capital and 2. No business plan. I have designed into WME Yachts an approach that each broker only has minimal operational costs. A broker’s operating expenses are limited to less than $200 a month. WME Yachts wants its brokers to be free of the burden of cost, and free to do what they do best, network with people. This eliminates the first reason a business can fail. WME does all the marketing, sales, and all the behind the scenes work. No paperwork, no needless reporting and meetings, no special “boss’s projects". When you follow our design, you are selling boats within weeks and can sell 20 to 30 the first year; others have. You will have your own plan, your own direction, and you will have support from the corporation of World Maritime Exchange. All I ask of each broker is to form a company, design a business plan, and talk to as many people as you can. We assist with your plan and your sales goals. This eliminates the second reason a business can fail, no plan; you will have a plan, a system and support for success.

I know the mission of World Maritime Exchange is right. The method WME Yachts utilizes to create a successful broker is as good as any corporation in the USA. I can say that because I have been there. I have learned that a technology in the development of business professionals called androgogy is the most successful development tool available. I acted as a performance coach for several Fortune 100 companies and my accountability was to insure each employee from top executive to production employee had the requisite knowledge and skills to perform his or her job. I was trained in all aspects of management, strategic planning, sales, sales management and performance evaluation. I have implemented these methods into the WME Yachts’ Broker development and support.

I have taken successful methods and techniques, from over 50 successful brokers (Producers) in the business and have incorporated these into WME Yachts’ system of business. Each broker is provided with these techniques.

In addition I have designed a network of Master and Group Brokers to support the brokers.

I want my brokers to succeed. This is important to me. When I was introduced to the yacht brokerage industry 10 years ago, I was given a chance of a life time. It changed my life forever. At that time I owned a failing business in an economy that was progressively deteriorating. Yacht Brokering saved my life. I was given a second chance. I thank God for that. I want my brokers to have a chance.

This is not for everyone, but if you like people, love life, and are willing to network and follow a proven system; you can be a huge success in yacht brokering.
