SELLERS: If you are selling a boat, we would like an opportunity to explain how we will market your boat, and maximize your return. We have been selling Sea Ray Boats since 1987 and know the market better than anyone. If you are "Under Water" on your mortgage, we will negotiate with the Bank and work out a sale that is agreeable with all parties. We have helped many owners retain their credit and get out from under their boat payments. The industry standard commission structure is 10% of the selling price. When we sell your boat, our commission is 5% of the selling price. Our Shortsale Commissions are only 3% of the selling price on Yachts over $500,000, plus expenses if any. We would like an opportunity to discuss with you our commission structure and our strategies to market your boat.
BUYERS: What many people do not realize is that when you are buying a boat, you are likly paying a 10% commission! NOT HERE! Our standard commission is only 5% or less, which means you can buy the boat of your dreams for less money!
